Pepper leaves have black discoloration?

Hi everyone,

I started noticing that some of the leaves on my pepper plants (in both planters) have a dark discoloration and eventually fall off. I know I have overwatered + possibly over fertilized and am in the process of letting the soil dry out. The pepper plants are in railing / window planters with the same type of miracle-gro soil. I figure it should either be some type of fungus in the soil, over watering or some other type of pest?

What are you all's thoughts? Thank you!!

@amith_ram_22 , Hello

I think the problem might be (as you noted) over-watering and over-fertilizing. Currently, I can't see an indication for any pests or fungus, but you should get a second opinion.

Good luck.
