Parlour palm help

An old house mate propagated their parlour palm and gave it to me - but I saw somewhere you can't propagate parlours?
I got it in February, potted it up in March and its seemed pretty dormant compared to the other cuttings I got from her (different plants) which have grown since I got them.
Is this a lost cause? All my other plants are showing growth/signs of being happy except this one...
(kept in indirect light, misted daily and watered when top few inches are dry)

Any advice welcome!
