I was 10stone 7lbs for sixty years or so and then a couple of years ago I went on a drug that caused muscle loss and dropped 5lbs. Never thought about it and lived in a variety of different eating ways and none affected it, the only thing was I put on a bit when I was teaching sailing, leaning out of a dinghy pulling a rope all day, when I wasn't water skiing, it was all muscle. Seems like I only change muscle, not fat.

I'd been 11st for decades, but in the last few years it crept up to nearly 11.1/2 st.

Then in April my wife went into hospital and wasn't home until September.
I'd never done any cooking before. My wife did it all, she used to pile up my plate. If I left anything, she'd want to know what was wrong with it,

So from April I had to cook for myself. I still do the cooking for both of us as she's not steady enough on her feet yet. I manage quite well.

I'm back to 11st.

Obesity is not a joke. It leads to various health issues.
Absolutely, obesity is a serious issue that can lead to conditions like diabetes, which I've personally been dealing with. It's crucial to address these health challenges proactively. Of course, some meds can be a helpful tool for weight loss and managing blood sugar levels. I personally buy Ozempic online and fortunately, it works for me. But I doubt I'd have such a result without changing my diet and exercising daily.

Once I didn’t pay attention to my weight — I ate whatever I wanted and didn’t worry about it. Then came shortness of breath, tiredness, and my clothes started feeling tight. I realized it wasn’t just “a little extra.” Now, I’m gradually trying to change my habits. Slowly, but I’m moving forward. I just wanted to share — maybe someone else is going through the same thing

I personally struggled with obesity and found it really hard to fight sugar cravings. It can be so challenging when sugar becomes a constant part of your diet. But recently, I came across this https://betterme.world/articles/40-day-sugar-fast-rules/ and it really helped me change my habits. This plan helps eliminate sugar from your diet, which is an important step in managing obesity and maintaining overall health. The article provides simple and effective rules that I followed, and it has been a meaningful step in my transformation

Obesity is definitely a serious concern, and it’s great that you're addressing it. A balanced diet and regular exercise are key, but sometimes additional support, like nutritional supplements, can make a difference. Pharmacy B2B offers a variety of products that might help you on your journey, especially when it comes to managing weight and improving overall health. Don't hesitate to consult with a healthcare provider to find the right approach for you.
