I've never actually tried to use fitness apps for keeping a log. Although, I am going back to the gym again(I missed it and it's been far too long) starting tomorrow, and have been thinking about using a fitness app to keep track of the exercises I do, so I can find my limit as well as track my goals. I can imagine adding foods to it would be frustrating, though. I'm sure there's something online you could use as a nice alternative.It only words if you are very exact and very honest when you log your foods, for some reason I am not very honest when using apps like ''MyFitnessApps'', maybe because many of the foods I like are not even there and adding a recipe there is such a pain! With an actual food log it feels different to me, it's much easier =D I know that food logging apps works for some people very well, but not for me at all. Now I can finally see where I am failing![]()
