I have a sum and substance hosta. The leaves at the ends ate turning yellow and curling. Is this too much sun, over watering, under watering, not enough sun???

Here is a pic of what I'm dealing with. Was moved to larger pot from a 1 gallon about a month to 6 weeks ago.

Yes, too much sun. move to shade. I have 2 huge ones, they have 3 hours sun in morning with over head trees, then shade rest of day.

It was thriving very well. Until I had some limbs removed from a tree and I did notice it getting more sun. Should I cut these or leave them be?
