New to Gardening kind of, growing grapes first time.

So any advice for homedepot/ lowes start grape plants? I plan to properly root them in a container before transferring to permanent location on my family's ranch. Also a green new vine fell off a Suffolk vine and i stuck it in the container and something weird happened. Its like 3 inches total thats like 1 inch up and it looks like it will live? I hope so.

I would suggest dong a bit of research to select a disease resistant variert for your environment. Variery selection is key for success, grapes especially.
I selected some of the better disease resistant varieties that I thought would thrive in my area. They are not growing the best but they are growing. Just need to figure them out or try another variety.
