Hello everyone,

After many years of running gardening forums, and being so so proud of the community we have here, it's time for me to hand over the reigns to a new forum administrator - @Shaggy. He's a good guy with experience running forums, so please do give him a warm welcome :).

I started a new job recently and I just don't have the time anymore to work on the site as much as I would like to, so wanted to make sure it's in good hands so that it's still around for a long time.

I'll still be here, just as a regular member :D

All the best,
Ian

It'll be a shame to see you go Ian but it's no good burning the candle at both ends :)

Here is a song that has the lyrics of :
Lyrics

Sunshine is creeping in
And somewhere in a field a life begins
An egg too proud to rape
The beginning of a shape of things to come
That starts the run
Life has begun
Fly fast the gun
The mother flew too late
And life within the egg was left to fate
Not really knowing how
The world outside would take it when it came
And life's the same
For things we aim
Are we to blame?
Don't doubt the fact there's life within you
Yesterday's endings will tomorrow life give you
All that dies
Dies for a reason
To put its strength into the seasons
Survival,
Survival
They take away and they give
The living's right to live (it's all that we need to give)
The living's right to know
The egg breaks all is out
The crawling bird begins to scream and shout
Where is the parent bird?
A loneliness arose and heard it's name ring in
For lives, begin
Survival win
Survival sin
So soon the evening comes
And with it runs the aching fear of hate
Could someone still remain
Who thinks he still could gain by escaping fate?
It's much too late
Don't underrate
Appreciate
Don't doubt the fact there's life within you
Yesterday's endings will tomorrow life give you
All that dies
Dies for a reason
To put it's strength into the seasons
Survival,
Survival
They take away and they give
The living's right to live (it's all that we need to give)
The living's right to know
Survival,
Survival
They take away and they give
The living's right to live (it's all that we need to give)
The living's right to know (it's all that we have to show)
And we're all going (and we're all going)
And we're all going (and we're all going)
And we're all going somewhere

I am just as everyone else; on the path of existing as long as is relevant.
If you are the captain of this ship we all sail on then I wish you to listen to one of my most cherished songs.

Bon Voyage.

It's a shame you're giving up the reigns Ian but you've run a tight ship along the way and we're all grateful for that. Best wishes for the future. :)

Welcome Shaggy and I hope all goes well for you here with Gardening Forums. :)

I'm a bit too twentieth Century to fully understand who does what, but I'm pretty sure it's vital. So welcome to the forum Shaggy.
