New garden - identifying existing plants 3

Hi again,
I'd like some assistance in identifying this plant please :)
This is a small tree that produces small pale yellow flowers and dark red berry type thingamebobs (technical term).
I can take more pics if someone wants to see something specific.

Could be pomegranate. Could you get a pic of the fruit on the left of the 1st photo please?

Here are some more pics of the berries (I call them berries but they probably aren't) and one of the flower.
The berries are about 2cm in diameter.

Looks like the Ackee family or a cross between pome and wax apple.. No idea! Very intriguing Can people grow Rambutan or Mangosteens in Australia?
