Need help in identifying this plant

Hi,

Can anyone please help me with the name of this plant? It was not doing well in sunlight, nor is it doing well in shade. I'm unable to figure out how to save this plant.

Put it in part shade and keep it barely moist. The soil it's in looks pretty heavy so it probably holds water. If you can give it conditions like a greenhouse it will help.
