Can someone help me identify this? It comes back every year. I don’t like the way it laid flat this year. Does it need to be split or perhaps not enough water? Thanks! Capt Tony

There a number of species and hybrids of Orpine (Hylotelephium). I'm not sure which one this is. Did the plant have upright stems other years or did they always arch to some degree?
