Mystery wild growing succulent

Can someone tell me the name of this succulent? It seems to be growing everywhere in my condo complex. Thank you

One of the Echeverias. Every leaf that falls will root which is why there is so much of it.

Ghost Plant (Graptopetalum paraguayensis), in the Crassula Family (Crassulaceae). Despite the (inaccurate) specific epithet, it is not from Paraguay, but rather it is native to a small area in Tamaulipas, Mexico. Graptopetalum is closely related to Echeveria and several other genera of Crassulaceae native to the New World. Indeed, these genera are complexly paraphyletic and in need of a Herculean taxonomic revision.
