This was dug from a marsh,along side the road, covered with the plants in flower about ten years ago. It blooms in early Spring, dies completely back, and reappears again the next year

That's pretty Durgan. It looks like a larger flowering Celandine.

Beautiful flowers. I love the wide petals. My marigolds have quite narrow petals. I like yours

Durgans - those little flowers are so pretty! They look very cheerful:)

That is a beautiful marigold. I love marigolds, but unfortunately where I used to live they would always freeze on me. I am looking forward to trying them again, since I moved to a warmer climate. Do they tolerate the heat very well? Thanks.
