Is this potato ok?

Just harvested some potato’s and they have some odd stuff on the skins. Any ideas? Are they still ok to eat? Picture of unwashed and washed below. Thanks

That is possibly the worst case of Scab I have ever seen.

Potato scabs / RHS

Common scab and powdery scab are bacterial and 'fungal' diseases of potato skins, causing rough, scabby patches.
