I have had this monstera for around 4 months and it has been thriving since. About two weeks ago I sprayed with neem oil as a preventative as I do once a month or so and went on vacation for a week. Came back and noticed these spots almost seemingly within the leaves. Is it because it was sprayed with the liquid? It is most noticeable with light shining through the leaves. It is on most of the leaves except for the super young ones. Some of the older leaves have also yellowed. I have not changed the pot since I got her so I am thinking maybe it is nutrient deficiency. Please help me what is wrong with my monstera.
Is this mosaic virus or nutrient deficiency?

While I am not very familiar with house plants I am familiar with edibles. If this showed on any edible type plant I would say it is a lack of micro-nutrients and I would recommend Chelated Iron along with your regular fertilizer. It is not mosaic virus
