Is this cosmos seedling leggy?

Is this cosmos leggy? In just 3 days, the middle and far one are around 2 inches in height already, the soil line is 5 inches away from the LED grow lights

Hi, no it looks ok they do grow tall, every day turn the seed tray round the other way so that the other side can get the light.

Thank you for the answer and the advice, I was getting worried that my grow lights is fake
