Im looking for kale growing tips.

I love kale. I generally just buy it in the large bags at Costco. I love the stuff and have decided to grow my own. I am not sure what kind of stuff to mix in my soil. Is it something I can grow multiple plantings of in a year? How much space should I leave for it. What can you tell me about growing Kale?

Thanks! That is a great article. I just planted a pot full of kale seeds to get growing on my porch. I hope it does well. It sounds like its not as complicated as many plants. I cant wait to see how it all goes and grows.

I planted 10 seeds, not knowing if I would like kale or not (turns out I don't) and I had more than enough kale to keep a neighbor in green smoothies all summer.
