I Found This Funny

I was working as a Seedsman and was training guys out of College.

They would do their Internship and leave. Funny I would find something and the guys would run to the boss saying they had found something later on he asked if I had found it? Yes. Well I figured you had.

The guys he woukd train took credit for his work. But his boss knew that already.

I have had that happen, but I addressed it directly. I would have an idea about something, how to fix an issue. Tell my co-worker then he would put it out there at a meeting as if it was his idea. I would then directly say right after, That was my idea. And say it sternly. People always believed me. That person was fired in due course as by himself he failed. For the most part I learned never to share with him anything. If it was something that was valuable for the safety of the clients, I would go to the area administrator with the issue and how to fix it. Then the area administrator would handle it.

I found it funny here I am GED doing Internship with College kids.

They sent me one time to learn how to run a piece of equipment.

After all was said and done I showed them and saved them millions of dollars.

I worked by myself . The company wanted to know why I was putting out more than a whole crew.

My wife has 3 Bachelor Degrees getting because I advised her on what to study.

I took a course for Electric she actually learned more than me but she was taking the courses along with me.
