Hybrids

Has anyone grown hybrids roses? Those can be so beautiful to look at! If you have grown them are there any specific tricks to make them hybrid?

To be honest, I'm not sure if this counts as a hybrid rose, but I have one that is pretty weird...and so pretty. It's a miniature rose that grows on a stem of a regular rose. I'm not sure if you know what I'm talking about, so soon I'll post some pictures.

I have hybrid Tea roses, they are grafted on root stocks when they are sold.
