How to prevent sunflower head from dropping

Hey Folks,

I've been growing sunflowers for many years in my yard and just love them, especially the mammoth variety. Any idea how I can prop up or support the sunflower head when it gets big and heavy? I'd like to update my www.FlowerAndBulb.com blog once I figure out how to do this right.
