My once-beautiful parrot plant has wilted and died, with just a few green bits on the end of its branches. It had a mealybug infestation which I think I have got rid of, but no improvement in condition. I've tried moving it to a north-facing window to keep it out of sunlight.

Can I save it? Would cutting off some of the brown and withered branches help? Plant food? Funeral director?
I really want to keep it alive.
