Hi I am from Iraq.
I am not that skilled when it comes to planting so that why I joined.

I recently planted white beans and I have 2 house plants, golden pothos and African Hosta

Unfortunately a lot of stuff that recommended on YouTube or articles for plant caring aren't available in my city.

I joined so If I needed alternatives I will ask here.

Thank you so much for reading and I hope you have nice day/night.

Hi, and welcome to the forum.
Mostly it is not too hard, with young plants remember the stem is the most essential part and the most vulnerable, use the leaves to handle the plant. With seeds as a simple rule think the smaller they are the nearer the surface they need to be, some small seeds even need light to germinate. When you plant something larger water it in, the water gets the roots and the earth into direct contact with each other. Mostly it is common sense, but plants look after themselves as well. Even if you planted all your bean seeds upside down most will manage to turn themselves over as they grow, nature doesn't put everything the right way up. hope you find what you need here, there is an excellent 'search' function top right, and if you ask someone will nearly always reply, welcome.

Welcome moongirl. OB brought back memories of my biology class at school when we experimented by planting bean seeds in all directions in a glass jars. They all broke the surface and sprouted.
