This is a second-year Boyne raspberry purchased from Lowe's (I'm in Denver, zone 5) I was very excited to see blossoms and little fruit developing this spring and then this happened on the fruit-bearing canes.

I'm at a loss. The plant overall looks healthy but any fruit I got are underdeveloped and fall apart between my fingers. I've Googled and I'm afraid this Is this a virus and I have to get rid of the plant. Hoping someone with more expertise out there can confirm/give me hope that it's something treatable. Thanks!!!
