Aralia 'snowflake' first picture. The other two both look like Aralia to me. 3 could be geranium leaf Aralia.

Thank you! These are miniatures kept in very small pots.Do they need less water? Some leaves get dried up and fall off?Is that normal or am I doing something wrong?

I don`t know the answer to your question, but do know that here in the UK they are treated as pot plants for indoors. Looking at your plants I would guess that they need to be repotted and maybe fed. I use Osmocote for almost everything these days which is an easily applied slow release fertiliser and good for pots. I think it best to keep the compost damp at all times if indoors.
It seems to me that you tend to worry about your plants a little too much. I consider it 'normal' for a few leaves to drop sometimes and consider maybe the plant is just tidying itself up :)
