Hello from Pakistan! Newbie looking to start a backyard veggie patch

Hello everyone! I just joined the community today and wanted to say a quick hello from Lahore. I am completely new to gardening but am eager to transform a small, sunny corner of my yard into a productive little organic vegetable patch this season.

I would love to connect with other members, learn about the easiest starter crops for warm climates, and get some tips on preparing my soil. Looking forward to learning from all of your incredible gardens and sharing my progress as I go!

Welcome. It will be interesting to read what crops you eventually grow. For an organic vegetable patch I personally would dig in some rotted manure (not fresh) for starters try garlic and chilli plants is my thoughts because I like growing them but sadly my garlic was a disaster this year,

Welcome @adeelzaheer I would say in the category of easy starter crops, beans of all kinds are good for warm climates. Some you can trellis to save space. others grow as bushes. Grow what you like to eat...its more motivating that way. Tomatoes are a bit more difficult but well worth the effort and learning to grow them will provide many valuable lessons in gardening.
