Hanging basket pulley

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a decent pulley for hanging baskets, to enable me to pull the basket down to water etc and the put it back up? I bought some from eBay that don’t work. Any recommendations greatly received.

My local hardware store carries pulleys and the like. Did you check there?
