I grow lavender in my living room:) It's such a wonderful herb, I love its scent. I want to have a whole lavender field on my windowsill:)
Currently I have three plants:

Please don't look at my dirty windowsill and pots. I was too excited to clean them before taking the pictures;)

Claudine, how long have you been growing lavender inside? I would have imagined that it would do much better if grown outside. I have a few plants outdoors; the younger of them are flowering now. Not sure what's going on with the other two.

Haha, it's not that close to the Arctic circle, although it's really cold today;)
ChanellG, I've been growing them for less than a week. I don't have a garden, so I have to keep all my plants indoors.

Lavender has a great smell! I have two Lavender plants next to my pond and I'll occasionally brush my hand against them just to smell it.

Haha, I do it too, I love when my fingers smell like lavender:cool: It's one of the most beautiful scents in the whole world, I can't believe I used to hate it.

Your tree lavender pots are healthy looking, and I wouldn't mind it a bit to have that scent in my house. I also love how your windowsill is big enough to hold them and still have enough space. I wish I could have more plants indoors like you!

That's awesome, Claudine! It seems you are truly going wild with the plants now you are living with your boyfriend ;) That is very nice, good for you! It's also goof to know that lavender can do well indoors! I might try it myself in the future as well.

Haha, I really am:D My boyfriend doesn't seem to be very happy about it, but he bought me a new planter, so I guess he likes my plants too, he just doesn't show it:p
I hope he'll let me get rid of our TV! We rarely watch it anyway and I really need more space for my miniature roses:cool:
