Your tutorial left me questioning the part of your approach which includes trimming away all the lower leaves on each plant. Seems to me that actually detracts from the production rather than increases it.
Yes, trim away any diseased or inferior leaves, but to just indiscriminately trim away all the healthy lower leaves seems questionable to me.
I routinely grow two solid 10 plus inch heads per container and I never trim away healthy leaves...but to each their own.
