Sorrel, try the leaves, they taste of Lemmings :)

Really! The only sorrel I knew of was the kind that look like clovers so I was surprised to hear that this was a sorrel too. Thank you! :)

Same name, different family. The one you've got is Rumex acetosa, a Polygonacea.

Wood Sorel, Oxalis acetosella, is in the Oxalidaceae family :)

Seriously? :LOL:

Lemmings must taste pretty tart!

Red sorrel is really yummy - it's a stronger taste than wood sorrel, but nice if you like the taste.
