Grape Help please?

Anyone have any idea what is killing my Vicoria Red grape vine in Cedar creek, TX? I know photo is strange focused on leaf with worst symptoms.

Check the underside of the leaves for very small aphids or the grape mealyworm.

Neem oil will get them if present. Hope you get them cause that should be a great plant for you.

Thank you Medowlark. I sprayed it with Organic Garden Safe Fungicide3 (fungicide, insecticide, miticide), on Thursday - I will go get Neem Oil today.

Edit: 2-hrs later... Yes, I am stupid. The primary ingredient in the aforementioned, IS Neem oil! ;)

I gave it another dose. I sure hope it recovers it was growing great!
