lawns with grass were originally done by rich people just to prove that they didn't have to farm with their land, kind of funny how now every poor man grows grass in his lawn.

then the poor man thought, "I want what I grew for the rich man."
So he did, and a giant industry was born, where the poor man could work and afford the green lawn that he desired.
and the green lawns soon spread to every corner of the world.
