The two toward the bottom look a bit like the weather/skies here right now. There's sun, but it's overcast. The rain is supposed to hold off until afternoon so I am hoping to get a few things done outdoors before the next downpour.

Beautiful, I love it when is overcast.... most of the times I get migraine from that though, lol (barometric pressure), but it's ok ;) I still love the smell of wet soil...! love it! I also liked the tiny wild flowers :) Our weather is crazy too... been so windy, like it was during Easter....

Oh I love these pictures! It makes me want to be able to get out and go hiking so bad! If I be a good girl after surgery, I will do it again. Keep those pictures coming!

Nothing like getting beaned by a big chunk of hail. The one time I was grateful to have a convertible car was when large hail came pelting down a few springs ago. Just bounced off the roof!

Looks good, Zigs (y)

At least, I see, you have the English bluebells and not the invasive Spanish variety. :)

Sí, está todo en inglés :D

The weather here has not been the normal, very little rain in April and not much in May either, we may be in for a dry summer.

Is that spiderwort in the first picture, @zigs? What's the blue flower in the second photo? It's lovely! Would be nice to cut and gather some of those to put in a vase. Oh, wait, are those the Spanish bluebells mentioned in a comment above?

Yes, they're known by the name of English Bluebells. The Spanish ones are quite invasive, have bigger leaves, grow taller and have the bells growing all round the stem.

The English ones are much more delicate and the bells only grow on one side of the stalk. They also have a nice scent.

I had some Texas bluebells (or is it bluebonnets?) but they have already gone to seed. Apparently they don't like heat. They were very pretty while they lasted. Hopefully I'll be able to get the seeds to sprout so I can grow them again in the fall. They need to spend some time in the fridge.
