I recently rescued a fiddlefig that was not getting enough sunlight. I live in Southern CA and now have it placed outside without any direct sunlight - Perfect conditions! Since I have placed it out there two weeks ago, and added some fertilizer, I've grown two new leaves.
Both leaves are curling in around the edges. I watered it twice (thoroughly) within a week and my guess is it just needs to dry out a bit.
However, one of the new leaves is very dark green and the other has huge veins showing. They sprouted within days of each other, so I assume nutrients are similar.
Has anyone seen this before? Do I just need to let it dry out for a couple weeks?
