I’m done with clematis! What flowering mid summer climber for large pot with trellis by fence would you suggest?

You sound more than a little bit peeved. May I ask first what went wrong with your Clematis? What kind and what size of pot? What compost/soil have you used? Is this to be in a sunny or shady place? Can you upload a photo for us?
Hopefully with a bit more information we could come up with a few suggestions for you.
