The Easter Lily can be replanted outside after the blooms are gone.

The one thing she failed to mention, if you plant them they do not bloom at the same time the next year. They revert to normal bloom cycle as the one sold at Easter have been forced.
It also isn't guaranteed to stay white! One of my replants turned into one of it's parents, I think, or cross pollination did something to it? Either way it turned into a pink striped tiger-lily looking lily!

One year at the local Catholic church the Easter Lilies were planted in a flower garden.
In late September and early October some lilies had new flowers.
They were all white like the usual Easter Lilies.

Do Easter Lily blooms last longer than day lilies? Silly question but it just dawned on me…they must, right? I need to do more lily research…
