A heated greenhouse or move to Florida?I want a dwarf citrus tree, but I live in Minnesota. The climate is not hot enough I think for there fruits to grow. Any ideas?
If you really want a fruit tree a Myers Lemon or a Ponderosa lemon can be grown successfully indoors where you live. You must have adequate sunlight though. When it warms up move it outside so it can be pollinated You can prune them so as to keep them a managable size. The fruits will be about the size of a softball.I would do any fruit tree. Indoors is okay too. I also like the heated greenhouse. Thanks for all the suggestions. I will go looking around to see what is available. Where did you get the trees?
