how frequent need to pour dolomite fertilizer onto clay soil ?

The answer to that question will at least depend on a soil test, particularly the pH and Magnesium level. It will also vary depending on your desired result and chosen protocol.

Of course, most people don't choose to add dolomite to their soil at all. So the answer for them is 'never'.
