Does this pilea need a bigger pot?

Hi everyone,

Our pilea was doing great so far (see the first picture which was taken in November last year). However, in the last couple of weeks, the newer leaves at the top take very long to mature. It looks like growth has stagnated. Should we give the plant a bigger pot or is there something else going on? See the pictures for pot size. In case it is difficult to see, there is one big pilea + a smaller one in one pot.

Hope to hear from you!

I wouldn't transplant at this time into a bigger pot because it will cause problems. Your plants will have cycles of growth and slower growth, but nothing to worry about. They look good enough to leave them alone.
