Do I like Sunflower seeds. they have their place in some baking. but in general I don't dream about them. Birds like them.

Somewhere to go then if you want to borrow a few bob @SeniorCitizen. I buy sunflower seeds often, they go in the cookies I bake and in the muesli I make up.
