Can you identify this blue flower

It blossoms for a fairly long time, I just took this picture. It's flower is about an inch across, there are rows of the blooms and then they form oval seed pods.

Clematis? Would help to know your location and get a better pic of the rest of the plant. ;)

Sorry, indoors right now can't post a new pic but I am in Seattle area. It's not Clematis, the flowers are "watermelon shaped" in the back, like hollow cylinders.

I know them as Campanula or Bell flowers, they spread like crazy in my front garden. I have the white now I want the blue to add to it.
