Hi all,
Recently moved into a new house in setemper andwe have this very well established bush, with no idea what it is!

As spring has come the leaves have turned pink and small white flowers are also present. Any help gratefully received!

Its a Pieris , not sure of the exact variety but -flame of the forest and mountain fire are common. Looks like it lacking some where in nutrients or PH isn't right cause they need acidic soil conditions. Iron sulphate feed or other ericaceous feed should work.

Good shout @Perki (y) I thought at first glance it was Photinia but they have a more rounded leaf shape I think
