Has anyone ever tried using cannabis nutrients/fertilizer on other plants? …such as Advanced Nutrients or CaliPro. I want to try this on my tomatoes & perennial bed, both of which test alkaline soil ph right now.

Cannabis and tomatoes are almost the same as far as taking care of them I find. I don't know anything about perennial flowers though. Personally I would just use composted manure and some bone meal. I give them the synthetic stuff while still in pots waiting to plant just to give them a boost but not when they are in the garden.

I always aim for 6.5 with my cannabis and tomatoes. If you can get the ph level to that with whatever you use then you are golden.

Ok I know crazy but plants will pick and choose what nutrients they want.

You will always have NPK in no matter what form.

Only thing is you put regular Fertilizer on your plants it will immediately work and a chance you will burn your plants.

I have been using Rainbow Pro Mix Grow it is a dry Organic Fertilizer and it does 12 weeks.

I used Advanced Nutrients for a project I did with tomatoes a few years ago and it worked out great! It's definitely worth a try on your tomatoes. I'd also recommend using CaliPro - they have a great lineup of products.

If I had access to rabbit manure, I would be an even happier gardener. It is terrific stuff.

Rabbit manure is packed with nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and many other beneficial trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, boron, zinc, manganese, sulfur, copper, and cobalt just to name a few.

N-2.4, P-1.4, K-.6 compare that to any other. Another plus is that it will not burn your plants when added directly to your garden.

Why mix it with anything? Apply it directly where it is needed. Great stuff!

Thanks. Yes I know it's value. Question about mixing for potted plants, new garden beds. We mulch it and it is just like a fine topsoil and easy to handle

Yes I believe you could use it straight but plants might use more if you mixed it even with other compost.

Ok yes I would mix it more to extend the good out.

Go with regular soil or Pro Mix either way can't go wrong.
