My little dog started marking the potted palm in my living room every day and it died so animal pee can definitely kill plants.
If I ever want another indoor plant, I'll have to keep it in a high place away from the dog.

I wondered too about pets killing my plants with pee. So gross or not it may be true. I was told to sprinkle cayenne pepper all around and it would keep the pesky outdoor cats from venturing into my garden or plants. And it doesn't seem to have any affect on the plants.

I hope you washed those rasberries before it died. I'd be sick if I found out later a cat was peeing on mine. Lol :)
