Hi there. I find these little pests scuttering around my balcony floor at night. The biggest ones are about 1-2mm, while the smallest ones can be 0.5 or less. They move pretty quickly, some can even jump for like 2-3cm distance. Anyone know what this is and how I can deal with it? Thanks!

Welcome giroaeon. :) A closer image would have been helpful but I'll take a guess at a Springtail.

Ha ha, that`s just what I thought, usually found on plantlife, although if your balcony is damp that could attract them.
