I purchased a calathea ornata yesterday and it looks happy and healthy, apart from one snapped leaf and one ripped leaf. They haven’t browned as of yet, and they still look vibrant in colour, but I was wondering if I needed to trim them off or if they’re happy to stay like that?
The leaf with the snapped stem isn’t able to close with the other leaves so I’m not sure if that will be a bad thing in the future.

Hello and welcome to the GF forums
It's best to cut them off,
you can cut the damaged leaves off right close to the stem with a sharp knife.
