My calathea has developed a problem after I treated it for pests with neem oil. Is there anything I can do to save it?

There were very small bugs crawling in the bottom of the soil (well, under the plant when I lifted it up) so I treated it with a neem oil/soap/water solution as a soil drench.

However in the space of a couple of days, all the leaves and rapidly dried and shriveled, some have curled up entirely.
There is also a real dappled effect that has happened to the leaves (pictured) and some have tiny blobs of water (?) On them. I can't see anything crawling on the leaves.

Help! Is there anything o can do to save this or should I get it out before it affects my other plants?

Hello @HannahAllen07 and welcome to the GF
It could be that the soil is too wet.take it out of the pot and see, if it's wet try to dry it somehow, perhaps wrap some paper towels around it until there's no more moisture but don't squeeze it.Does it have good drainage?

Hi! Thanks for your response.
I've taken it out of the pot and it is a bit too damp for sure! The soil is also very loosely packed so it's all fallen apart haha but roots seem to look okay. I'll try and dry it out a bit!

It's a shame the leaves have all been do affected by it!

If the soil has fallen away you could re pot it in the same pot with new soil without drying it out more but be careful how you water it.
