Butterfly pea flower

I was so excited when I saw my first bloom on my butterfly pea vine, I had to share it. I didn't think I would get any blooms this year because they were taking so long to start growing after I put them outdoors.

I will at least get to color one glass of lemonade.

Yeah. I have had the seeds for 2 years and I forgot to start them last year. While I was researching the viability of the seeds, I ran across the information about it being in the legume family.
