I have grown bulbs in pots and have had a lovely display. Is it good to dig them out, clean them up and put them in a dry place, to replant in the Autumn? or should I leave them in the pots within the garden and bring them out next year?

Your speaking---currently. First you should dead head them, that is cut off the finished flower . Leave them alone for now, the bulb will feed off the green. Sometime in October you might want to lift them all out and see if they made more bulbs, if they are too close etc. You my wind up having to make two pots up . Then tuck them in a safe place outside as bulbs need the winter chill .

what I probably should have said, do you keep any pots from nurseries. We usually have a stack in the corner somewhere, so using one of those to transfer in would be ideal.
