Egyptian Walking Onions have bulbs on the top. Do I need to remove and plant them or just let it do it's thing?

Welcome!

You can go either way...remove, remove and plant, or let 'em go.

If you remove, it generally will encourage a larger bulb at the base and slow or end spreading at the roots.

They will sprout from planted topsets.

If let go, they will expand their territory virtually unbounded.

Personally, I like them especially as a gap filler between the time my sweet onions run out and another harvest.
