Broccoli ready to harvest? & First Frost

Is this broccoli ready to be harvested, or is it still growing? We will have our first frost tonight.

Pic is blurry but it looks like it is fixing to flower out. If so, yes, go ahead and harvest those side shoots. They dont really get as big as the main head. Also when the bud loosens up like that is another sign.

Yes, and yes. Looks like you have already harvested the main stem and those left are side shoots. They will continue growing and eventually bloom with yellow flowers but better to harvest them before that.
