Bright green rings on new grapefruit leaves

Hi all!
I'm new on the forum. I'm curious if anyone can help me identify what is causing these circles on my grapefruit tree.

Can you post a photo of the plant at a distance so I can see the whole plant?

Don't allow water to hit the leaves only water the potting mix in the container. Use a drain tray to keep from washing out all the nutrients in the container. Don't let the plant set in water but don't let the water flush out the soil. Water until you just start to get discharge out the bottom and then stop. Lift the container when it's wet and when it is dry and feel the difference in the weights. Using the weight as an indication when is the best time for water you can keep from overwatering.
